Who has to pass verification?
users who would like to request funds withdrawal from Coinmatics to another wallet (cold or hot);
traders who would like to create a strategy (optional);
users, who requested the email change.
Please note that you can withdraw an amount that is greater than 50 USDT.
Coinmatics team can request identity verification for other reasons.
How long does the verification process take?
The verification process usually takes up to 24 hours (on business days). The time may be longer due to the number of filled in forms.
Will I be notified that the verification is passed?
As soon as the online form is checked and the verification status is changed on your Coinmatics account, you will receive an email with the results.
What documents are required to fill in the form?
You need to provide several documents:
passport, ID document or driver's license;
and the proof of address.
I do not have a tax ID, can I put something similar and equal in my country of residence?
