Why I got the error that the permissions are disabled on the connected API key?

It may take up to 5-10 minutes for your exchange wallet information to update on Coinmatics. Once it's updated on the "Exchange Accounts" page, you will see that the permission label is grayed out, which means it is enabled in the API key settings on exchange.

If after 5-10 minutes, it stays in orange and nothing changes, please contact support team.
