In order to change your email, you need to do the following:
Contact the support team at [email protected]. The request must be sent from the e-mail to which your Coinmatics account is registered;
Verify your account. For security reasons we will ask you to go through the verification procedure: https://coinmatics.com/app/settings/ (Verification);
As soon as your account is verified, the request will be sent to the tech team and your email will be changed.
We ask you to go through the verification procedure to make sure that it was you who requested the email change and not an unauthorized person. This way we ensure the security of your account.
