If you see the error "Google Authenticator code is incorrect or expired" when you log in to your Coinmatics account after entering your 6-digit authentication code, then:

  1. Check that the code is up to date (you may have more than one key generated).

  2. Reset your device.

  3. Try the following:

- synchronize time between your phone and the Google Authenticator app (for Android);

- synchronize time on your phone with world time (UTC) (for iPhone).
