To convert the trades into signals Coinmatics demands to connect to the exchange account via an API key and create a strategy that will represent the trading performance and allow the trades to be converted into the Telegram signals.

Here are some steps you need to follow:

1. Registration - register via email, your Google or Twitter account. You will find a confirmation message with an activation link. Follow the link to complete your registration.

Once you've created an account, you can set up two-factor authentication (optional).

2. Connect your exchange account via an API key

To enable Telegram subscription and receive signals to it, you need to link your exchange account to Coinmatics using its API key. Go to Accounts->Exchange Accounts page and click on “Add account”. Follow the steps to create API key with the correct permissions.

The balance can be updated in 5 minutes.

3. Place your strategy

You've connected your exchange account to Coinmatics, now you can create your own strategy. The strategy will represent your trading performance. In addition, you can use the screenshot of the profit chart. It’s calculated using the TWR model - https://support.coinmatics.com/en/articles/7019181-profit-value-on-coinmatics.

Please note that there is a $50 application fee for submitting a strategy to Coinmatics.

Go to the "My Strategies" page and click on the "Add Strategy" button. Fill in the fields in the form and click the "Create Strategy" button. You can contact the Support team at [email protected]. This way we will approve the strategy as soon as we read the request.

4. Connect Telegram account

We are in halfway. Now you need to go to Accounts-> Telegram Accounts. You add your Telegram account in order to receive the signals in the bot. There are two options - Signals and Ticker Alerts - you need Signals.

You need a desktop version of Telegram to complete the connection of the Telegram account.

5. Subscribe to Telegram signals subscription

To subscribe you need to open your strategy (the link in the My Strategies page) and click on “Subscribe” under the Telegram signals, select the Telegram account you just added.

Now you will receive the signals to the Coinmatics’ Telegram bot.

6. Use the third party Telegram bot

To redirect the notifications to the channel you need to use another bot. Follow its instructions and you will be able to redirect the trades into the signals via bots.

Great! Now your trades will be converted into the Telegram signals.
