If the subscription is active but you haven't copied any trades, please check the trading history of the strategy. The strategy you subscribe to may not trade every day.

Please contact Coinmatics Support team if

strategy is trading and you don't have any copied trades;

strategy doesn't trade for more than 2-3 weeks.
